Coordination of order requirements, including delivery date monitoring
Handling of complaints
Identifying, evaluating and exploiting potential price reductions
Supporting and maintaining supplier relationships
Negotiating with suppliers in Germany and abroad
Drafting and concluding framework agreements
Operating and maintaining the ERP system
Assisting in the optimisation of purchasing processes
Your profile:
Completed training as an industrial clerk
Experience in purchasing activities desirable
Confident use of our ERP system Infor LN and common MS Office applications
Business fluent German and, if necessary, English
Cost-conscious and solution-oriented approach
Good communication skills and confident interaction with business partners
Commitment and team spirit as well as an independent and conscientious approach to work
