Your tasks:

  • Management of building services properties in the company
  • Recording and realisation of requirements and derivation of strategic property development
  • Ensuring operation and utilisation
  • Planning and monitoring maintenance and servicing measures
  • Planning and implementing projects in the building sector
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and their legally compliant documentation
  • Creating and managing an internal reporting system
  • Planning and decision-ready preparation of building management projects

Your profile:

  • Completed technical training
  • Several years of professional experience or technician in the field of building construction or technical building equipment
  • Further training as a fire protection officer or waste management officer desirable
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and guidelines
  • Independent and responsible way of working
  • Willingness to participate in training and further education
