Your tasks:

  • Commercial management and support of building technology and infrastructure
  • Planning and monitoring of budget and cost controls for building management
  • Support in the preparation of tenders and contracts
  • Managing and coordinating service providers and suppliers
  • Carrying out cost analyses and preparing profitability calculations
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and internal company requirements

Your profile:

  • Completed technical or commercial training
  • Professional experience in facility management, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Sound knowledge of budget planning and control as well as contract management
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of the relevant safety and environmental regulations
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Ability to work in a team, commitment and an independent way of working

The job can be performed both full-time and part-time.
