Your tasks:
- Preparation of workpieces for the coating process
- Monitoring and checking the pre-treatment
- Professional application of powder coatings using spray guns
- Monitoring and optimisation of coating parameters such as temperature and throughput times
- Carrying out quality checks (layer thickness, colour tone, adhesion) according to specified standards
- Maintenance, care and independent servicing of the coating equipment as well as minor repairs if necessary
- Documentation of work processes, results and material consumption
Your profile:
- Degree in surface technology, painting, metal processing or a comparable qualification
- Experience in powder coating or industrial coating technology is an advantage
- Careful, reliable and responsible way of working
- Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
- High quality and safety orientation
- Willingness to work shifts (2 shifts, Monday - Friday)
- Ability to work in a team, commitment and flexibility
