Operations technician / electrician (m/f/d) in facility management

Your tasks:

  • Carrying out and documenting inspections of equipment (DGUV V3 portable devices, ladders, shelves, etc.)
  • Independently monitoring inspection intervals and deadlines and tracking defects
  • Recording and managing new systems and equipment
  • Maintenance and servicing of smaller machines and technical equipment
  • Support with general facility management tasks, e.g. minor repairs, relocations, inspection rounds, supervision of external service providers
  • Assistance with safety inspections (fire protection, lighting, emergency exit signage, etc.)
  • Independent and careful documentation of all activities performed
  • Support with modernisation and renovation projects
  • Collaboration on the further development of internal processes in technical facility management

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or comparable technical training
  • Manual dexterity and technical understanding
  • Experience in DGUV-V3 inspections desirable, but not a prerequisite
  • Independent, structured and meticulous approach to work
  • Reliability, ability to work in a team and commitment
  • Willingness to undertake further training and education – any missing courses will be paid for by the employer
  • Class B driving licence
